3D models are combined with physical resourses and time resources, with VICO software, to provide 5D modelling.
Elements, viewed as 3D objects, are costed from first principles and time analysed to provide the end user with powerful cost control and time control tools.
QAL use the system to produce accurately measured, accurately costed and time resourced priced bills of quantities.
The priced bill of Quantities can be used for tendering, for post contract management and for project risk reduction.
